FC Casting began in 2011 out of a personal need. While working on her own projects, Federica Alice Carlino needed to find the right actors for her films. What started as casting for her own productions slowly became a service for other filmmakers, growing from small independent projects into larger film and television productions.

Despite that growth, the philosophy behind FC Casting has remained the same: finding the right actor for the role. Fresh faces are still a priority, because experience and credits are not always what define the potential of a performer. Sometimes the perfect actor is simply someone who has not yet been given the right opportunity.
